I've been using MyFitnessPal for about a month and I love it! I have an interest in heart rate training/interval training, so I'd love to hear from anyone using a heart rate monitor in their workouts. I started taking a class at my gym in January, but decided I needed help with the nutrition side of things to help with losing weight and getting healthier.

Can't wait to go shopping for new clothes soon!

    Hi there, I am glad that MFP is going good for you. I think that interval training is very good for you, I like
    to incorporate it into my workouts. I don't have an actual heart monitor that I use, but some of the
    fitness equipment I use do have pulse monitors on them. You want to keep your heart rate high
    enough to get the good benefits from working out. Good luck to you, it sounds like you are doing great
