I squat a MASSIVE 35kg's = BEAST0

265lb, 3x5 - 1.5x current bw - am staying at this for a few sessions to get my form sorted again.
Need to finish making up some drop-protection, do have a rack to start from.0 -
High is 160# - I deloaded to work on form and now have good form at 145# and am ready to move that up again0

I'm a total newbie to weightlifting (just started CrossFit in November and couldn't even do a decent air squat then!)0 -
Body weight 185 lbs. Started in December and after 25 workouts I'm squatting 195 lbs for 5x5 and still expect to be able to progress for a while longer.0

Get off the smith.
I'm not sure of my max but I can get up to 125 for 3-4 reps. However I like slightly higher rep sets for legs so I do 100-115lbs for 10-12 reps. I'm 115lbs. It's my goal to get up 135lb for my normal rep range here soon.0 -
