...to describe the essential ingredient that makes your job successful?
It could be something that is already in place at your job or it could be something that is missing but you know would make a big difference.
I'm a nurse and I would say teamwork.
The shift goes much smoother when we all work together but it can be pure drudgery if we don't.
How about your job?
