CONFUSED NEED HELP LOL

HELP !!!!! ok so im confused i have set my calories to 1440 a day and never eat below 1200.

i exercise nearly everyday and i burn over 750 doing exercise i never eat back calories burnt

I have just done the TDEE and my result says 2164 ????

what does that mean i have to eat that amount of calories a day ?

OMG im so confused.

may i just add i havent lost any weight in ages

i am stuck at 140.5 and cannot move ???

please if you can help me out or send me where i can get help i would really appreciate it :)

    I have really been trying to figure this out myself but this is what I have found... You need to eat at least what your body needs to keep itself going/to function, that is the BMR...you can find that on mfp, I believe it is under apps tab....I have seen many posts about eating the exercise calories and the TDEE but I can not wrap my head around that either, it does not make sense in my mind. So I personally am sticking with my BMR, which is a reasonable number in my mind and so far I am losing..........Hope that helped some, I look forward to seeing other posts on your question to see if someone can explain it all :) Good Luck and feel free to friend me if you would like
