The website's calorie counter gave me a goal of 1780 calories daily and the added another 1000+ for the amount i exercised. The amount of food i have to intake is just too much what should i do? should i eat food with higher calorie counts drink soda i don't know what to do any one with healthy recommendations will help a lot . i feel weird complaining that i cant eat enough. If i dont eat the recommend and continue my work outs will this be bad? I need help

Wow, that is a lot of calories, Did you set your activity level to "active"? If so, you shouldn't log your exercise. You'll basically be double counting it.
Personally, I would not eat that many. Maybe eat only a fraction of your exercise calories back. 1000 is a lot to burn in one day, whatever method you used to get that number may be over-calculating.0 -

i did help when i edit it it removed 800 calories which was a big relief !0
