This may be a stupid (bacon-related) question but...

Does the nutritional information on the package count the bacon fat after the bacon has been cooked?

I'm just wondering, because when I make bacon in the morning, I pour out most of the bacon fat and only keep a bit in my pan to cook my eggs with.

I assume there's definitely some extra calories in a couple tablespoons of bacon grease, so I was just curious if it's counted or not.

The nutrition label on the bacon is based on a 2000 calorie diet. Dont forget that math, too.

    huh?

on the bacon i buy, it usually says "two pan-fried slices" are a serving, which i assume means after you take them out of the pan and put them on your plate. i would think for what you're doing, you might want to add something like 50 calories for what's left in the pan and gets cooked into your eggs.
