Doing Better Today

The last two days I have been at 1800 to 1900 calories and didn't work out. Day 3 I still have 436 calories to go and I have had the following. I know its not the best choices but I'm going on a major healthy grocery run this weekend.

Market pantry protein meal bar
6 ritz crackers with pepperoni slices and chunk cheddar cheese
Healthy Choice Sundried Tomato pasta meal
1/2 bar of hersheys special dark chocolate

I'm thinking of making two scrambled eggs for dinner with one piece of wheat toast and a glass of milk. Hopefully with that and the calories I plan to burn at core shred tonight I will finally be at the calorie mark for the day. Not that I'm a sticker about the 1200 calories they gave me. I'm just trying to eat better and consume fewer wasted calories. Oh and trying to up the water intake more and more. Never been a good water drinker. Too much Diet Mtn Dew but I only had one today and have no desire for another one. Normally I have two or three cans a day.

    I'm a firm believer that 1,200 calories is not enough. I would suggest that you calculate your BMR and see what you should be eating.
