Combatting stress, not losing due to stress

I hope that there are ideas to combat stress out there. I do not have a support system at home. Husband does not want me to lose weight and he does everything to try and hinder all I have done. I am under tons of stress at home due to that and I would love ideas on how to block that out and lose weight. I log daily and exercise at the gym daily as well. But due to stress, I am not losing any weight. Please help. Thanks

    Work out with headphones and block out all negative thoughts. Meditate. I found a guided meditation on youtube and it was wonderful. Try Yoga.
