TOM wanting to eat everything in sight

Oh boy, today I feel like I am starving. I usually have about 1000 left in my for dinner (including work out calories) and today I have less than 600. I want to eat everything. EVERYTHING!! There is no way I will be able to eat within my calorie guideline today. I know its my TOM but this is crazy. I thought protein would help, so i ate a spoonful of peanut butter. All it did was make me want some pretzels, or another spoonful with an apple.
So ladies, what do you do on the days you feel like your starving and yet feeling a bit blah from the TOM. Anyone happen to have a Reese Cup in your pocket? I would pay dearly for one.

hahaha just eat it all. you can get back on it tomorrow. TOM is a bit of a curveball...not fun, but you may as well enjoy it (for today only!)0

Ha!! I was just thinking about posting the very same question!! Only instead of my TOM, it's a killer headache I've had since 8AM today. With headaches like this I only want to eat potato chips ALL DAY!!!!! I've managed to stay away for the most part, but the "healthy" food just doesn't sound appetizing today and I surely don't feel like exercising.
Back to your question, like seena511 said, just enjoy today and get back on the horse tomorrow. If you have the option of heating up 1/2 cup of Devil's Food Cake Mix with some water, and popping it in the microwave for about 20 seconds, it always cures my TOM chocolate cravings. Nom Nom!!0 -
Not totally on topic but I personally wouldn't consider peanut butter a good protein source. My peanut butter only has 7 grams of protein and 16 grams of fat. I consider it a fat source .0

Yeah, just do it, for tomorrow will (probably) be different.0

Taking an iron supplement helps me0

I try to eat more protein, but don't reach for the peanut butter!! It is addicting, high in fat (or sugar if you get low-fat). Reach for meat! It will serve you better. Or prepare yourself with baggies of low-cal veggies to stare at it the fridge so you don't grab the ice cream. I find that I will take whatever stares me in the face, so I try to make the 'right' foods stare me in the face0

tom, is starving me too haha, i am in the same boat, i want everything!!0 -
Try high protein and naturally sweet foods like pineapples. For the salt craving gets rice chips or salt celery or a (small!!) peice of salted carmel (i don't like it but a friend of mine swears by it!).or a pickle. for the chocolate cravings do protein powder mixed with greek yogurt or milk. (and sip it!) I always want peanut butter.. so i've mixed chocolate protein powder in with the peanut butter.. two birds one stone. (although not low calorie!) or gotten dark chocolate covered almonds in a very small box and had those. (if you salt them it's 3 birds with one stone!)0
