IM STUCK FLUCTUATING :(

I have been around the same weight for months it gose up and down.. WHAT CAN I DO??? i am working out a gym but i don't think im pushing myself hard enough. How do you get that motivation and courage? plus the girl i workout with always stops running or walking after 1 mile and wants to do something different where as i want to run longer. i always stay ahead of her so i can get as much in before she gets to her 1 mile goal. what can i do about this? im tired of getting excited and then let down because i cant drop it. advice? tips?

    Losing weight is mostly about diet. How are you doing on that?

    Ditch the workout buddy and as far as motivation goes you need to find that within yourself. No one else can do that for you!
