thanks for all the sweet comments! I really do feel so much better and like I can do ANYTHING I set my mind to. I am so glad that my arms were somewhat noticable. I only strength train 20 minutes 4 times a week but have almost tripled the weight I can pull and push in 6 months (I have noticable back muscles for the first time in my life!) I finished Couch to 5K and will be running a 5k soon. I may be approaching 50, but I am determined to be 'fifty and fabulous!'0
