Muffy's Thin Crust Mexican Pizza
I had been craving pizza...something NORMAL lol and was so very happy to have found this pizza crust because it is so very low in calorie and versatile. I hope y'all enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 Golden Home Bakery - Pizza Crust Ultra Crispy & Thin
1/2 cup Aldi- Casa Mamita - Fat Free Re-fried Beans
1/2 cup Francesco Rinaldi - Pizza Sauce- Traditional
3 oz ground chicken
4 Large Black Olives- sliced
1/2 cup Kraft Natural Shredded Cheese - Cheddar Mild 2% Milk Reduced Fat
8 tsp Casa Mamita - Original Taco Seasoning Mix
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. In a fry pan, saute ground chicken and 6 tsp of taco seasoning until thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat.
3. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup pizza sauce with 2 tsp taco seasoning.
4. Unwrap the pizza crust and place on a round pizza pan that has been sprayed with olive oil Pam.
5. Spread the re-fried beans upon the pizza crust until it touches the edge all the way around.
6. Upon the re-fried beans, spread the taco seasoned pizza sauce.
7. Add the taco seasoned cooked ground chicken.
8. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and the sliced olives.
9. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
10. Cut the pizza into 3 sections. (1/3 of pizza is a serving)
Serves 3.
Per Serving: calories 303, carbs 39, fat 11, protein 19, fiber 4.
