Figuring out how many calories?

I apologize in advance, I know this has been gone over numerous times. I'm usually quick to understand things but can not seem to understand this.

I'm a 29 y/o female, current weight is 145 and I'm 5'7". I work from home so it's pretty much just sitting at the computer all day or cleaning.

I exercise everyday. I usually run at least 4 times a week, sometimes more. I'm also doing Insanity (I'm on week 3 and do not skip any days). On my rest day for Insanity I usually either try to run a little more or I do another workout video like p90x or Jillian Michaels. I'm usually above 600 calories burned a day.

I started out eating fairly little (1000 calories on a good day) Last week I tried eating a little more to see if that would help (around 1300) and I lost 2.5 pounds that week which is the same for the week I ate little and exercised like crazy. I will say, I've never been a big eater. I've just always ate high calorie food or drinks (especially Starbucks venti coffees that have like 700+ calories- I'd have one a day sometimes twice a day)

I've figured out from fitnessfrog.com that my TDEE is 1752 (based on little to no exercise) or 2518 (based on me exercising everyday)
My BMR is 1455

Can some please let me know how many calories I should be at? Also, on the MFP daily summary at the end of the day should your net calories be a negative number or positive? I'm assuming negative since I want to lose weight correct?

Also, I am in a weightloss challenge so my goal is about 3 pounds a week. I know that's over the recommended amount though. So far I've lost 15.5 pounds in the 7 weeks I've been in the challenge. I'm in 8th place. I'd really love to win :)

Thank you so much.
