Wondering of anyone has tried this dvd set and if so what kind of results. I have done her 30 Day Shred so am wondering how this compares to that.

    I have never done her CD though I know someone who did and they had AWESOME results. Especially helped her thighs and lower abdominal. ~Totally Recommend~:smile:
