bulking up

ive lost 25 pounds through eating healthy and exercise but now i only weight lift in the gym and cycle 6 miles a day so whats the ideal setting for my mfp calculator ? im just looking to bulk up without gaining fat

    most guys consistently gain about an ounce of muscle a day while working out lifting weights - or so ive heard. Thats roughly a pound a month. Just takes time I guess.
