3 days. Awful eating, no exercise... :/

So my friends came over to visit...and this is hardly an excuse, but my clean eating went out the window and I didn't get any exercise...for 3 days!! What do I do and where do I go from here? Today is kind of ruined because I had lots of chocolate, but I'm going to exercise darn it! How much did this set me back and any advice?
Now I'm just craving sweets.

Get on track tomorrow.
Not the end of the world.0 -
Throw out the rest of the chocolate. It's too difficult to have it around when you're coming off of the amount of sugar you have had. Have a nice, healthy dinner. Wake up tomorrow and put the past 3 days out of your mind. Just start back on your regular routine. It's not the end of the world, unless you continue eating too much and not exercising. This 3-days off from your diet might actually bump your metabolism. You'll be fine.0

All you can do is forget about it and get back on the wagon. What's done is done.....Just dig deep and find that motivation to get back on board. Maybe head over to the success stories section for some inspiration?0
