After about a year and a half restriction (originally 1,200, then scary low) and about three months laxative abuse I dropped from about 200 to 115. I gained weight back to 125, was pretty muscular and got my period back; now that I've been eating "normal" at average of 1,400ish, I feel worse and have put on 10 more pounds in about three days.I'm 5'8", and currently, a miserably bloated feeling 138-140. If I wasn't in so much pain from the weight, I wouldn't mind at all - my clothes still fit (well the pants do) and I'm not as cold, but I'm not constipated either, like many others.
TL;DR, is the 15 pound gain over ~2 weeks permanent or what? I hate feeling so sick nonstop...

I doubt 15 pounds over 2 weeks can be fat. So most likely not permanent.
1400 calories a day is probably still low for someone your height if you are looking to mantain. It's just that you restricted your intake for so long that it's taking you body a while to readjust. Stick with eating at least 1400 (or more) a day for a little longer. The bloat should go away eventually.0
