I've seen some posts that mention Shakeology lately. Does anyone know what this is or do you use it? Sounds like a meal replacement but I'm always skeptical about drinking a meal. Any thoughts or feedback?

Shakeology is a meal replacement, although it does not have to be. It is like eating 5 bowls of salad! It has many health benefits beyond weight loss. It is a Beachbody product and my husband and I use it everyday for breakfast. It is ALL NATURAL, there are NO CHEMICALS or fillers or artificial sweetners. It is made from whole foods, vitamins, minerals, probiotics etc. There are over 70 ingredients. Here is a link to more info about it

In about a week or so, we will have my husbands blood tested again after using Shakeology for 90 days to see how much it has lowered his cholesterol. This is one of the benefits of Shakeology, so I'll be sure to let ya know!

It tastes so good, even my 10 year old daughter loves it!
Please contact me about this if you have questions. I highly recommend this product. It's no ordinary shake!

Looks like it could be a really good product, but it is expensive.

It is worth every penny. A lot of people are put off by the price but are willing to pay the same or more for a Starbucks coffee. Shakeology costs about $4 a glass before any discounts. The amazing ingredients are truly worth it. Plus, you can get 10% off or even 25% off the cost. I'd be glad to tell anyone how. My family goes through 2 bags a month...and I rarely go to starbucks anymore. I get my mocha fix by drinking a mocha shakeology :drinker:
