Stop or go

Okay.. I need some help iv been trying too increase how far i can jog.. How long do i have too jog before i start getting better.. every time i jog i seem too be getting worse.. I walk daily and workout daily hoping that would help me.. But its not.. And i now results dont show instantly but iv been working on this for two months and a half and im still having problems making it too the mile marker..

    Can you elaborate further? Are you feeling discomfort in the feet or legs? Are you cramping? Feeling fatigued? Getting light-headed?

    I'm not a jogger, so I can't probably help you. But maybe more details on what you are experiencing could bring some insight from joggers who have had similar experiences?

    everyday for 2.5 months. maybe you need a rest day?

    How long/far are you jogging? You could be trying to run too fast. Maybe try slowing down? Or, sometimes you have to get into the rythmn so to speak and it becomes much easier to jog after the first five minutes or so. Are you running outside or on a treadmill? I have always struggled to run but have made good progress with the couch 2 5K program.
