I feel that if I have younger guys around my age for support I think it will help my goal . To be honest I am over 400 lbs I am 19 and I feel disgusting I have no friends I'm depressed and sometimes wonder what the hell is out there for me because honestly I feel like nothing . I am a great person maybe I am not a skinny mini but I have a big heart. My eating disorder is horrible because I am so lonely and depressed so Im hoping maybe for some people to help me out I'm getting to my last sources

Well, I can't help with the eating disorder -- professional help should be sought for that. However, I support in whatever ways I can and you are welcome to add me if you'd like :)

I am not a guy but I have a shoulder you can lean on. Be strong girl, you can do what ever you set yourself to do!

1.) Seek a little help. Make peace with yourself. Bodies are amazing machines and the fact that we gain and lose is incredible. All bodies are good bodies and weight or fitness alone do not determine a person's worth.

2.) Don't discount female help! The best motivators on my friends list are women.

Agree! I particularly seek females on my friends list so I can see how they eat and compare food choices (ie snoop their food diaries!). Women with similar goals, age, weight and height might help you figure out how much and what you should be eating.

I have felt pretty similar at times with weight/depression when I was in college
