Okay I have a question for people - I just got a Polar FT7 HRM (yeah!) and I just went for a walk to test it out and I set my Digifit pedometer on as well so I could compare the results. According to the Digifit pedometer it said I burned 225 calories but according to the HRM it said 266 calories. So according to everything I have read the HRM is more accurate, correct?

Those are close enough that I wouldn't spend a single second worrying about the difference.0
