I need to talk to someone that is in a similar situation. Blended families of 5 children between us is such a struggle. We've been together since 2005 & newly weds (November 2012). I want to lose weight but the mood in the house is absolutely awful. How can i better the situation. Any thoughts welcomed. !!

    Blended family of 6 boys here together since 06 married since 08. I think I would need more details before I comment though

    ALWAYS have a YOU time...whether it be an hour each day or 30 minutes. Make it mandatory.

    I am the now adult daughter of a blended family, and there were four kids involved, two on each side. I was the youngest and only girl, and it was awful for me for many years, mostly because my stepmom treated me really badly. I am sure I could offer some insight from the children's perspective if i had more details to go on.
