OMG!!! if you like Pei Wei or PF Chang's wow! I just made something from allrecipes.com called Chef John's Caramel Chicken. I actually had some ginger root on hand, the ginger is Key! let me just say I am loving this, I can only imagine how yummy it would be with shrimp. I substituted sugar for splenda brown sugar and added frozen peas and carrots.
