Evening snacks

Any thoughts on a good snack for consumption after 7? I stay away from Carbs after 7pm to ensure that I am not adding sugars into my system that will not be burned off before bed (unless I work out after 7 of course)

any suggestions are welcome.

    I eat fruit. An apple, orange, mango, whatever I have in the house.

    I don't drive myself crazy with carbs, protein, fat, I just eat healthy and I eat when I am hungry.

    I don't eat after 7 at night. If I work out later then I drink my recovery drink but that is it. I have always heard that your not supposed to eat 3 hours before going to bed so 7 is normally cut off time.

    If your going to eat anything I would say some fruit or veggie.

    I love the sugar free jello pudding snack packs. I get them in Dulce De Leche and Chocolate!! They are perfect for an evening snack, because they put you in the mind of dessert.
