Snack Pack pudding--don't need refrigeration, usually 100-120 calories per cup, with 30% of your daily calcium.

TastyKakes--vary by type, but the one I get tend to be 90-145 calories each. Yes, they come in packs of two--split them with your roommate, or put the second in a zip lock bag and have it tomorrow.

Honey greek yogurt is my go to for a quick sweet fix before bed. A couple bites usually satisfy me and of course it's super good for you anyway.

I get the sugar free snack pack puddings. 60-70 calories per cup. The caramel is amazing. Sugar free jello is also good if you have a dorm refrigerator.

Also, if you have access to a microwave, try steaming unpeeled apple slices with a little cinnamon and raisins/Craisins in a ziplick bag. It tastes a lot like apple pie.

2 simple ingredients that curb my sweet tooth:

    Chocolate chips
    Peanut butter

(take a scoop of peanut butter, sprinkle on choc chips.) I prefer the mini chocolate chips.

MMMMM...You don't need much, and it satisfies the craving....
