Today was a horrible day...

Today, I found out that my mom might have cancer. She found what the doctor thinks is a tumor on her leg, and she goes in for an MRI on Saturday. Even though it may be benign or maybe not even a tumor at all, the uncertainty is terrifying me and I feel like a complete basket case. I'm so worried.

    I understand how you feel. My mom has several serious health problems. It's very scary to see a parent in a health crisis. Very scary. Do your best to stay positive, or at least try not to worry too too much. Yeah, pretty words...you have to worry anyway. I know. Not knowing is almost worse than getting that worst-case diagnosis. It's so hard to wait and wonder. Stay strong, be positive. I hope things turn out well for her.
