GooLosh is something I make on a weekly basis, its really good, and pretty darn good for you compared to some other alternatives. Its a easy meal to cook and its fast, and great for the whole family so it doesnt feel like theyre on a diet at all.

Ingrediants:

1 mini can of chopped black olives
1/2 bag of frozen white corn (Not on the cob)
1/4 pound ground turkey (You might use any other meat but it may add more calories ex. This meat tastes the same when cooked)
3 cups dried wheat pasta (of your choise. i like to use twisty noodles.)
1 can ragu pasa sauce (any flavor is fine, i like the garlic herbs and cheese.)
and then any additional seasonings work great.

Cook:

Brown your ground meat in a pan, and once its brown then add in the olives with the meat so they can warm up. While doing this, in a separate pan boil the noodles in water, and once the noodles are getting cooked add in the corn into the noddles so it can cook as well. Once the meat, olives, noodles, and corn are cooked then drain the noodles and corn and add ragu sauce into the pan and mix it well, then add in the meat and olives and mix it more until everything has sauce on it. Then its finished,

The calories ex. are for 2 cups of goolosh per serving.

This is a great family meal, and it fits in perfectly with my eating schedule. I try to eat less then or equal to 1200 calories a day. 2 cups of goolosh is more then filling and it tastes amazing!
