    sprints- quicker- more painful- more satisfying. And over faster. the suck is definitely greater- but it's nice to just blast it out.
    Jump rope
    swimming
    rock climbing
    fencing
    dance oriented stuff
    HIIT
    Tabata
    battle ropes
    Kettle Bells
    stair master

    there is lots of stuff to do that isn't "cardio" persay- you just have to find what works for you. And while I agree it's over-rated it's not something to just cut out entirely unless there is a particular reason to do so.
