sprints- quicker- more painful- more satisfying. And over faster. the suck is definitely greater- but it's nice to just blast it out.

dance oriented stuff

battle ropes
Kettle Bells
stair master
there is lots of stuff to do that isn't "cardio" persay- you just have to find what works for you. And while I agree it's over-rated it's not something to just cut out entirely unless there is a particular reason to do so.0 -
