I started getting back into shape at the beginning of the year and have lost 35 lbs., so far. I had been using a similar site BUT this site is so much more user friendly.

    Welcome, I also came from a similar site but this site is so much easier to use. Love the food data base. It is huge. Congratulations on your weight lose, that's impressive.
