    im under 5" 4.10" to be exact...its a struggle being that ht cuz being short...just gain a few lbs changes your body significantly...cant stress that enough...

    Yes! Made a typo, I am also 4'10...last doctor visit said I was 4'9", I made them remeasure...surely I couldn't have been shrinking!
    Anyway...yes even a few pounds is so noticeable. Not fair!

    im 5 feet EXACTLY!!! took me four years to get that last inch, lol
    I think its a little more challenging for us short ladies to lose weight, but when we do it is so noticeable...good luck to you!
