Who else struggles with them?
I had one a couple years ago that I had to get surgically removed via ureteroscopy. But tonight, I just passed one the old fashioned way. This one was a sharp one.
Just curious though, because this is the first time I have naturally passed one. How long should I expect the burning to continue, and at what point should I consider going to the doctor?
I'm concerned about infection since it was a sharp one.

uh...how about tomorrow? A call to the doc might get you anitbiotics without having to go in - since you have a history. But why chance it? Call at least.
