Help

I am new and concerned if my intake is totally off or OK. I ran my TDEE and subtracted 20percent, this is where I concluded my calorie intake. If some veteran will please glance at my diary and offer suggestions much Love to you. I am concerned if I am doing things correct. Should I look at Calories,Sugars, Protein ect. Today, I did zero exercise but typically i do some sort. My weekly weight loose goal is estimated at .3 or something around. Is there any way I can adjust that?

I really want to loose weight and need an arrow in the right direction.
