Does anybody have this or have a family member that has this? A friend at work does and we've been pouring over food lists trying to figure out the best things to eat. Anyone that has a menu for this, please give me a shout.
It recommends low fat, low sodium, low vitamin A, no caffeine, no artificial sweeteners and no tyramine. Makes it kind of hard to make a diet plan without a spreadsheet.
Appreciate any help we can get.

My only suggestion is that a registered dietitian working with your doctor might be the best way to put an eating plan together.1
