Just gonna write it here...
So in a bowl combine the following-
-squeeze 2-3 clementine oranges
-add 1-2 tbs soy sauce
-1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
-1 tbs minced garlic
-1tbs olive oil
-1 small onion, chopped
-3-4 small mushrooms, chopped
-1/2 tbs sesame seeds
-Add your meat, I used cubed pork tenderloin, but chicken will do im sure.
-marinate for however long you feel, i did an hour
-sautee/pan "fry" in a frying pan for 5-7 minutes
-stir/flip your meat
ADD 1.5 cups of spinach and cover with a lid.
Cook 5 more minutes then stir again
After that, just watch it to see when it is done, cooking time may vary

I made enough for myself with this recipe, I actually made it, then wrote down the recipe, so you might have to add/subtract/multiply for the number of people you are cooking for, and to tailor it to your tastes, but it was great, if i do say so myself lol ;-)
