OK so I've been stuck at this stupid plateau for 4 weeks.
It's been driving me crazy and I've been super bummed out about it, so the end of last week I entirely switched around my exercise routine, threw in a bunch of weights and made sure to track my food. (something I haven't been doing. Bad!!)

Stepped on the scale this morning (always weigh in mid week, seems to work for me) and !! I'm down 2 pounds from my plateau. I'm so excited!!! Maybe I'll start to lose again now.

    Tracking my food is what helps me! although, lately I've missed a few days here and there. Glad you started losing again!

    WTG! I was having that problem week before last. So I ate less, like 400 calories less then I was supposed to. Made it worse, started gaining. Posted the problem on here, found my metabolism was storing from not eating enough. Got my calories back up to 1100-1150, supposed to have 1230, and now scale is moving back in the right direction. Who'd a thought I needed to eat more to loose!!!

    It doesn't sound like you hit a plateau - you weren't following the guidelines for weight loss.

    Glad you started loosing again.....always try and keep calories at a minimum of 1200 calories...so body doesnt go in starvation mode..
