I used to think I was too heavy at 130, but I recently saw pictures of myself at 128 lbs (of course, from years ago), and I can't believe I almost look sickly thin in those pictures. At this stage of my life, 135 sounds good and healthy to me. I'm more interested in feeling healthy and being able to be active without injuring my knees.0 -

It's funny my lowest weight of 130 isn't my fittest weight though although I was very fit having just finished becoming a firefighter. My fittest was after I joined the army and got out of basic. I weighed in at 145, doing my final physical test 84 sit-ups in 2m, 89 push-ups in 2 mins, 2mile run under 14 mins. I was tiny which shows ya that lean muscle plus all the different body types have individual results and looks eventually I hurt my knee had surgery and it all went to **** lol.0 -

I found this calculator http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/ibw/ that calculates your goal weight based on desired body fat %. I decided 25% would be a pretty healthy number as I have a larger frame and very broad hips. I remember feeling pretty good at 180, so 165 sounds even better.0 -

I thought that I would be where I wanted to be at 135 but I got here and don’t feel quite “done”. I decided to just drop my goal by 5lbs or stop whenever I like the way I’m looking. I'm fine with my actual weight number but would like to reduce my bf%
I’ve also gotten really into the idea of strength training lately, if I can lose inches but gain muscle (therefore gaining weight) I would stop caring about scale numbers completely.

I'm just curious.. to those giving your "lowest weight".. are you saying like lowest weight since being an adult or what?
Sorry, just confused here.
Several people on this website have had eating disorders or mental/emotional problems that caused them to have a very low weight, which causes a low weight, where they do not want to be that person again. Another reason for it is if they made progress and then fell off the wagon for a while and lost some of their progress. Others just use their lowest adult weight.0 -
