Boxercise class

Did boxercise this morning (6.15am start!) and noted with amusement that at the end of the mixed class, whilst I was sweating buckets (literally dripping off the end of my nose) like the blokes, the other ladies were all glowing gently! I'm sure I didn't work any harder than the other girls but for some reason, I sweat easily! Normally I love it but was pushed for time this morning so a bit annoyed to have to wash my hair!
