Gluten Free Bread?
Dauntlessness

I have been wanting to have a sandwich lately but I'm leery to buy rice/other flour type breads since they are so expensive. Has anyone tried any of them or do they have a bread recipe they could share? Just as long as they are gluten free of course.

My best friend is GF, says this is by far the best GF bread recipe she's made:

Try to use big pieces of lettuce to replace the GF bread substitute and turn your sandwich into a lettuce wrap.0

oh there's also "Oopsie Rolls" which are just cream cheese, eggs and cream of tartar and 85 cals each, yet somehow incredibly breadlike and wonderful. And if yours don't set up like the ones in the recipe you can pour the mix into a pan and cook it that way, then cut into squares for more traditional looking "bread" -
