Help... My body is a food hugger.

Sooo, I am all up for a balanced weight loss, I rather take it slow and stick to it for life. But at the moment I am frustrated. As soon as I slip a day my scale goes up 3 pounds but it takes me two weeks too lose 3 pounds. I do eat a lot of veggies and fruit, cook from scratch and I think I have a healthy balance on what I eat and also how much I eat. My job is like a constant workout since I am on my feed for 8 hours straight moving walking and lifting. Also I am all for natural and supplements.. Any suggestions on what supplement I can use to help my body to NOT hug onto the food as much?

    How much are you eating in a day? You may not be consuming enough.

    Don't fall for suppliments. Natural or not they aren't good for you. Just because something is natural doesn't mean it can't hurt your body or interfer with anything else you take. Suppliements do nothing.

    When you slip up your body retains water.

    You haven't provided much information for people to help... we can't see your diary, don't know how much you are eating, don't know whaat your goal is set at, etc etc.
