Today, we are having a big fat luncheon and there is really almost NOTHING that is not high calorie. I already counted in for Corned Beef and Cabbage and 1 homemade cupcake. BUT I am afraid of losing control! Any strategies while I will have all my co-workers trying to convince me that it's okay to eat. Once I get off track, I struggle to get back on.

LOTS of cabbage. Try to fill up on that. My strategy at these work things is to load up on the veggies or salad and just have a small taste of the other stuff. We had pizza and salad and ice crem cake this week for 2 birthdays. I understand.0

My advice is to stop being so fearful of food and "dieting". It's OK to eat corn beef and cabbage and a cupcake. Just not an entire plateful! Take a small portion, and then only eat 3-4 bites. For me personally, giving myself permission to eat has made me not want to! You can do it! Have a lovely day!0
