Where to start?

I'm sure there's a few of you out there that can relate to this, so I'm asking for your help. Where do you start going from an extremely unhealthy lifestyle that consists of mostly fast food and EVERYTHING you shouldn't be eating to the fruit-munching health nut. I would LOVE to be someone who enjoys healthy foods but I am having a hard time figuring out what healthy foods to try and how to change these bad habits. It's more of a mind thing, I'll see healthy food and think "ew, that's not going to taste good." so I avoid it. Help?
