new to the program

Hi... I just started on friday and so far I am loving it. I am motivated and like seeing at the end of the day ,when I make my last entry, how much I will loss in 5 weeks. What I struggle with is food choices and what is more filling to eat by the end of the day. I love to snack at night. I am also going though menopause which doesn't help..lol
