Running

How long do you run for? I run about 12 miles a week. I'm looking to be more lean, how long will it take to see major results do you think?

    I run for 45 minutes, 3-4 times a week and have been doing so since January 25. I am not going near the scale ( evil) but I am just now starting to notice my body toning up. I would be interested in what others had to say as well as I am fairly new to running and had to start very gradually to work up to my current ability.

    I run 3-4 miles 2-3 times during the week and 6-8 miles on Saturday.

    I did notice notice definite definition in my legs but my results were better once I added strength training to my schedule.
