Trouble Finding TDEE, BMR, and BF%

I have met several people on here who have suggested following a forum posted back in june titled "In Place of a Road Map 2.0 (Revised) 7/2/12"

Link:http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

The problem I am having is in the first calculation where I try to figure out my BF%

The Information is as follows:

Sex: Female
Height: 70in
weight: 282
Neck: 14
Wrist: 7
Forearm: 12.5
Bicep: 15.5
Chest: 48
Chest (under breast): 40
Waist (at smallest point): 42
Waist (at navel): 51
Hips:57
Thigh (thickest part): 35
Thigh (above knee): 23.5
Calf: 18.5
Ankle: 10

I literally measured every conceivable area i could think of (my biggest finger at it's biggest is 2.25) and I entered in my numbers and I keep coming up with approximately 28% give or take a point and there is just no way that my BF% is that low, all things considered.

So this is the point where I ask for help. Please, I realize that I may seem silly to some but I am genuinely trying to figure out everything I can as accurately as I can so that I can come up with the best weightloss plan. I want to be fit and I want to be healthy and I want to lose weight the right way and not by gimmicks and pills. So any and all help is accepted here and highly appreciated.

Ok, what I got when I put in:

    Sex:female
    Height-70
    Weight-282
    Waist-42
    Hips-57

It came up with 56.3% but I'm not 100% about that calcuation either....it said mine was 59% and last night when I went to my personal trainer he used that electronic bf% thing that you hold out in front of you, and it said I had 40%......so I'm not sure which to believe, which I am doing the IPOARM as well....but if that calculation is that much off it could be messing things up calorie wise lol.....so I'll let you know when I find out:flowerforyou:

The Various one's I have tried have come up with The following results

    fat2fitradio.com - 28.15
    calculator.net - 32.1
    bmi-claculator.net - 28.3
    active.com - 32
    scientificpsychic.com - 57.2
    bizcalcs.com (Navy) - 57%
    livestrong.com - 56.27

I think I am going to go with 57% because it makes much more sense mathmatically. I have no idea why some of them are coming up with 30% because that seems highly inaccurate to me yet somewhat consistent. It's annoying and I fear that some people will not look into the mathematics of it and assume they are at a healthy BF% when they are not which cheats them. I mean, if i were to go with 30 percent that would mean that I would have approximately 200 pounds in lean mass... which I may be tall and I may be built for hard labor but I have weight 185 lbs before and still had plenty of body fat sooo yeah... pretty sure that is incorrect. lol.
