Does anyone have the nutrition ifo/meal plan for P90X? I didn't get it with mine and was curious about it. thanks if so I give you my email to send it to me ;o) have a great day Jacki

    Where did you get your copy of P90X because it comes with every copy sent out from Beachbody.

    I'm in the same boat! I'm just trying to eat healthy and someone mentioned a 50/20/30 rule for carbs/fats/proteins so I set mfp to that ratio.

    I got mine from a friend of a friend who didn't use it but couldn't remember where they put the nutrition info.:grumble:

    what's your email? I have it in adobe format and will send it. I had the same prob and one of the pple on the boards emailed it to me!
