What two muscle groups are good to work together? Right now I work biceps and back, and triceps and shoulders/chest. What is the best to get good results? Thank you.

    you got it right, keep push and pull exercises grouped together, don't forget about legs too.

    It can be good to mix things up sometimes.
    The following is from the P90X Classic routine. There are rest days between workouts. They also build in a "recovery" week where you don't do any weights. Not shown here.

    Week 1-3
    Chest & Back
    Shoulders & Arms
    Legs & Back

    Week 4-6
    Chest - Shoulders - Tris
    Back- Biceps
    Legs-Back

    Week 7
    Chest & Back
    Shoulders & Arms
    Legs & Back

    Week 8
    Chest - Shoulders - Tris
    Back- Biceps
    Legs-Back

    Week 9
    Chest & Back
