Your Goals, Program, Reps, Sets (Geek Out!)

So here's what I'm up to, what do you do?

First Goal: Cutting fat to 13% Bodyfat
Second Goal: Bulking for 8 weeks, Cal surplus of + 500

Program/Book: Bigger, Leaner, Stronger

Reps: 4-6 Reps
Sets: 3 Sets
Weight: Max out at 6 reps
Rests: 2 Minutes

Gym: YMCA

Apps: "Fitness Buddy", "Interval Timer"

I HAD TO ADD THIS... Abdominal exercises? I use a stability ball to focus on my abs and avoid overworking my bad back. Seriously recommend this for anyone, makes crunches = awesome and much less of a hassle.
