Small but Unexpected

I had a follow-up appt today with dr to check blood pressure, which is better. The unexpected surprise is that I lost 6 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks. I registered here about a week or so ago but started logging my food a few days ago. I havent really exercised much, really not sure why. So the loss was a shock and hopefully the boost I need to get me moving.
