I am driving myself insane with the stupid scale. I have been stuck at the same weight for like 3 days now and I am working my liitle tush off. What gives??? I even ran last night which I did not lose a single half of pund. I think its my own fault though b/c I have not eaten my points for the last 2 days. Definetly not intentionally but I guess I am eating to healthy. What gets me is if I dont eat enough for lunch then I cant even come close to eating my points for the day. Like yesterday I had a subway sald that only totalled 4 points with the crackers. I am really contemplating switching to this calorie counting. I just dont know how you guys do it, really I dont. Am I being too jumpy too early in the game??

Don't check your weight every day! Once a week is much better. During the day your weight can fluctuate about 4 pound. Just think - drinking a glass of water is already half a pound
I noticed that I weight a bit more the day after I exercised a lot.
Be patient and count calories0 -
Definitely only worry about 1 weigh in each week. I weigh daily at the gym, just can't help myself... but I don't let the numbers bug me if it is not my actual weekly weigh in. What I have noticed from the daily there is a HUGE variation from day to day, but the weekly all seems to balance out and show the steady loss I am hoping for.0

Hi Scostello24,
I so know how you feel. Sometimes it seems like you do everything right, and you KNOW you are and yet the scale doesn't budge! I mean, scientifically it seems that if you are eating less and burning calories that you should lose and not hold on to the lbs....but for some reason, our bodies do what they will!! I learned that myself this week! I just want to throw the scale out the window sometimes!!!
Good luck!! You can do this! We ALL can!!!
