Cream of wheat?

I am always low on my iron intake, so I was intrigued when I saw this on the store shelf. I tried it, with a bit of honey and cinnamon and really liked it! Quite filling too.
Does anyone else eat this? How does it compare to oats?
Thanks!

I used to eat a big bowl of it before I went to donate blood, it always upped my hemoglobin and hematocrit bigtime! It's yummy too, but not healthy the way I used to eat it (syrup, butter and brown sugar). I'm sure it would be tasty with some fresh berries and a bit of cinnamon though.

I love the whole grain cream of wheat. I add one T of Maple syrup, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and pair it with a veggie filled omelette. It fills me up until lunch time rolls around.
The whole grain version is comparable to oats as far as fiber & protein goes but I don't know about the regular/refined style.
